MusiCares has announced the launch of the Humans of Hip Hop program, which aims to provide tailored resources to the hip hop community nationwide, with a specific focus on eight key cities.
The program is designed to offer bespoke services tailored to the needs of the hip hop community, with the aim of fostering long-term relationships with the community.
The Humans of Hip Hop program will take three years to bring programming to key cities. MusiCares hopes to learn from the hip hop and Black music community to ensure a more comprehensive understanding of the needs of these professionals.
The program will add a full-time project lead for Humans of Hip Hop to serve as the day-to-day focal point for building inroads and maintaining partnerships with the hip hop community.
The Humans of Hip Hop program is made possible with the generous support of sponsors, including ticket marketplace Vivid Seats as the Supporting Partner.
MusiCares is thankful to our sponsors and artist advocates for their support in creating meaningful services driven by leaders and advocates of hip hop.
